OUR COVID19 PROTECTION PROCEDURES
We take the current pandemic very seriously. Our delivery vehicles are cleaned before each visit to a school or child care centre. Our drivers use hand sanitiser before and after each visit and log in at your office before unloading the books. The mobile book cases are thoroughly cleaned with an industrial cleaning agent before and after each book fair. All books are unpacked after each book fair and quarantined for 7 days before being put back on our shelves for recirculation.

WHEN WILL THE BOOK FAIR BE DELIVERED ?
We will speak to you in the weeks leading up to your Book Fair to confirm a drop off time. We will do our very best (subject to availability) to arrange a time that suits you. If you need to change the date and time of delivery just send an email or give the office a call and we will reschedule.
DO YOU SUPPLY AN EFTPOS MACHINE ?
Yes, we supply an easy to use, portable tap and go EFTPOS machines, spare rolls and a ‘how to’ guide with our Book Fairs.
Included in the delivery will be a white box called the Welcome Kit. In it you will find the eftpos machine, wish lists, stickers, book marks, balloons and much more to help your book fair run smoothly.
WHAT PAPERWORK DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT ?
Our Book Fairs involve minimal paperwork. You will need to fill out the book fair commission summary at the completion of your Book Fair. If you would like to allow your students to reorder items that you have sold out of in the Fair you will also need to let us know which items and how many. These orders are best done via email or text message at the end of each day (and we try to deliver these orders / top ups the next day or as needed.)
WHAT SORT OF BOOKS WILL BE IN MY BOOK FAIR ?
We have a huge range of books that can be included in your Book Fair. Our books are sourced from publishers both in Australia and overseas. The books are all discounted in price and represent fantastic value. Books start at a crazy $2.00. click here to view our current range of titles. DO YOU PROVIDE WISH LISTS ?
Yes, we provide Wish Lists with our Book Fairs. These forms have credit card details on the back which is handy for parents to fill in and send back with their child for payment if they are unable to attend the fair themselves
CAN THE PARENTS ORDER BOOKS ONLINE DURING THE BOOK FAIR ?
Yes they can! We have all the titles available for easy ordering on our website. Parents can login under the schools name and order and pay for the books online. These books will be delivered to the school / centre daily with the individual students order separately packed and name and class details clearly marked.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY BOOK FAIR ?
Generally, most Book Fairs run for approximately 1 week. Depending upon availability, and your requirements, Book Fairs may be longer or shorter. Please discuss your requirements with us at the time of booking.
DO YOU PROVIDE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL ?
Yes we do! Click here to view / download / print our posters, colouring competition, invitations and much more.
The success of your fair will depend on a number of factors. However, we believe it is vital to promote and advertise your fair in the weeks leading up to it. There are a number of ad’s on the site that you can edit and drop into newsletters and social media. We can also provide plastic sale bunting and large A1 size corflute posters to place around the school / centre.
We have developed a fantastic new invite that you can email to families inviting them to the fair. It includes a link to the website for parents who may wish to purchase online and also highlights 20 great titles that will be available at the fair. The invite can be customised by us to showcase any titles that you’d like and has specific space to advertise where and when the book fair is running.
CAN I RE-ORDER ITEMS THAT RUN OUT OF STOCK DURING MY BOOK FAIR?
The majority of items in our Book Fairs can be re-ordered. Some items may have a label indicating that they are the last copy and cannot be re ordered. In the case of these items, unfortunately re-ordering is not possible. If you notice certain books are popular during the previews or on the wish lists let us know and we can arrange to send additional copies. Reorders will be sent during the fair so that the students receive them asap.
HOW WILL THE BOOKS ARRIVE ?
Mobile Book Cabinets – How Many?
This depends on a number of factors – the availability of mobile book cases, how many children you have at your school and the approximate size of your Book Fair as well as the physical space that you have available for the cabinets. This will be discussed with you before your Book Fair.
All book fairs will have some books packed into boxes for unpacking. Some items are too large for the cabinets, especially the activity books which can be displayed on tables or the tops of the mobile cabinets.
HOW MUCH COMMISSION WILL MY SCHOOL RECEIVE ?
If your school sells over $1,000 you take your commission as either:
• 30% of your sales if you choose to redeem in books; or
• 25% of your sales if you choose to redeem in cash.
If your school sells under $1,000:
• 20% of your sales redeemed in books or cash.
HOW DO I REDEEM THE COMMISSION ?
Commission in books (30%) can be taken based on the price of those books from:
• Books at the Book Fair
• Warehouse Stock – organise a visit to our showroom / warehouse
• Via our Online Store.
If you’d like to reserve some commission to spend at a later date, please do! There is no need to take books just to make up the commission total. We have books arriving almost every week and you can visit our warehouse or online store anytime to spend the balance.
The receipting of cash commission is treated differently from school to school. Please ask your finance / office person to contact us to discuss further.

THE MOBILE BOOK CASES WILL NEED TO GO UP STAIRS. IS THIS A PROBLEM ?
This depends on the size and layout of the stairs. We do have a ramp allowing us to move the mobile book cases up some smaller sets of stairs. If this applies to you, please let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
