The Ocean Explored series investigates four key areas of ocean activity: ocean life, ocean habitats, ocean pollution and ocean work by combining photos and artwork that present the diversity of ocean life and activity.

Each title includes a map of the world highlighting each ocean and what phenomena occur there.
